Interim Senior Consultant – Global LMS Strategy & SuccessFactors Governance (40%)
Location: Remote (90%) / Occasional travel to Hinwil, Switzerland
Duration: July 13, 2026 – October 31, 2026 (Early start preferred for knowledge transfer)
Utilization: 40% (approx. 16 hours/week)
Department: Learning Systems & Architecture
About the Role
BELIMO has successfully implemented and digitized its global learning landscape via SAP SuccessFactors Learning, which has now been live for about a year. We are not looking for a system administrator or a technical implementer. Instead, we need a strategic, pragmatic Interim Senior LMS Strategy & Governance Consultant to bridge a critical transition phase.
Your mission is to take an existing LMS Strategy & Governance framework (currently ~80% complete), cross the finish line, and translate it into a sustainable, scalable global operating model. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring our newly appointed Global LMS Manager to ensure long-term operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Finalize the Framework: Complete the global LMS Strategy, Governance, and Learning Systems Architecture.
Operationalize the Strategy: Translate theoretical concepts into a practical, business-oriented implementation roadmap and stakeholder model.
Knowledge Transfer: Seamlessly transition responsibilities from the current role holder (based in the US) via structured remote handovers.
Coaching & Mentoring: Upskill and coach the newly appointed Global LMS Manager and provide guidance to our global LMS administrator community.
Global Governance: Define and embed a scalable governance model that seamlessly supports global, regional, and local learning processes.
Your Profile
Experience: 5–8 years of deep expertise in LMS Strategy, Governance & Learning Architecture and SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
Mindset: Highly pragmatic, hands-on, and business-oriented. You deliver execution-ready solutions rather than academic theories.
Global Stakeholder Management: 3+ years of experience navigating complex, global HR environments.
Change & Coaching: 3+ years of experience in structured knowledge transfer, change management, and mentoring LMS operational teams.
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik), or HR Management. A Project Management certification is highly preferred.
Technical Familiarity: Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors (LMS governance/configuration), and baseline familiarity with SCORM and Articulate 360.
Languages: Business fluent in English (required for US collaboration); professional proficiency in German (written and spoken) is a strong asset.
What We Offer
A highly flexible, 90% remote freelance assignment spanning ~3.5 months.
The opportunity to shape the global learning architecture of a market-leading company.
A collaborative, forward-thinking corporate culture with minimal bureaucracy.
