In this interesting role as a Senior Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert (40%) you are working at a large tech consultancy firm.

Location: Diepoldsau, (St. Gallen). Partial onsite presence in required
Language skills: English and German
Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP EC Payroll (ECP), ideally with Swiss payroll specifics
Proven track record in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations
Ability to operate at Lead SME level – i.e. capable of driving payroll configuration, supporting workshops, and providing subject matter guidance to the wider team
Experience in wave-based rollout projects is a plus

Must-Have Skills:

SAP EC Payroll (ECP) – hands-on configuration experience
Swiss payroll specifics (legal, regulatory, Swiss-specific payroll processes)
SuccessFactors Employee Central integration
Ability to operate at Lead SME level: drive payroll configuration, lead workshops, and provide subject matter guidance to the project team
