Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Coordination and management of an internal training project
- Support of all PE circles and their GxP managers on training topics
- Interface function for Circle GxP training
- Support of Circle GxP training in the coordination of training courses
- Owner of the PE training setup and thus standardization and maintenance of all curricula
- Owner of the monthly GxP manager meeting
- Compilation of training content and its allocation to groups based on the input from the circles
- Initiation and coordination of training if required
- Responsibility for 1:1 assignments for buildings and systems
- Creation of change notifications (snow tickets) for the employees to be supervised and sending them to the Circle GxP Training
- Responsibility for an overview of SNOW tickets in the PE area
Must Haves:
- Completed scientific or technical studies or comparable vocational training combined with many years of professional experience in a GMP environment
- 3 years of professional experience in training and training systems, particularly project experience in this area
- Routine handling of IT systems, e.g. Google applications
- Experience in dealing with relevant GMP systems such as Cornerstone is a must, preferably experience as a CSOD admin
- Experience in processing deviations and changes (Veeva) as well as in project management is an advantage
- Fluent German and very good English skills
