    You will play a pivotal role in reshaping our client's Training Academy, moving it from siloed operations to a unified, high-performing global entity. Your mission: to design the blueprint for a seamless learner journey and a standardized operational model.

    The Mission

    As the lead architect for this transformation, you will provide specialized operational analysis to the Academy Director. Your goal is to map existing workflows, identify structural gaps, and design a unified framework that enables logical program flow and consolidated reporting.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Gap Analysis & Mapping: Conduct deep-dive interviews and review program lifecycles—from initial design to final evaluation—across academic and eLearning streams.

    • Structural Alignment: Identify redundancies and missed progression opportunities between different training programs.

    • Framework Design: Build a unified Academy-wide structure featuring standardized taxonomies, activity templates, and inter-program linkages.

    • Operating Model Development: Define clear governance structures, roles, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that empower staff to work independently.

    • Governance & Reporting: Create a consolidated reporting architecture that captures both unit-specific and Academy-wide metrics.

    Key Deliverables
