Key Business Transformation Analyst - Order-to-Cash Expert - ERP
Randstad Digital Switzerland is seeking an experienced and skilled Business Transformation Analyst to join our client's team. This is a key role focused on transforming and optimizing their Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes as part of a significant digital transformation initiative.

As an Order-to-Cash Expert, you'll be at the forefront of a continuous improvement journey. Your main responsibilities will include:
... Process Improvement: You'll evaluate existing OTC and financial processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across global operations. This includes designing and proposing optimized end-to-end OTC processes and functional ERP solutions for contracts, quotes, orders, billing, and collections.
Stakeholder Engagement: You will partner with various departments, including Finance and Business Lines, to secure buy-in and support for proposed changes. You'll lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into detailed ERP configuration specifications.
Implementation & Documentation: You'll oversee the implementation of new processes and integrations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems like Salesforce. A key part of your role will be to ensure future-state processes are clearly documented to support system implementation, training, and ongoing adoption.
Change Leadership: You will lead the transformation journey by delivering training, coaching staff, and facilitating change management to ensure successful end-user adoption. You'll also partner with existing projects to deliver continuous improvement enhancements and recommend ongoing optimizations.
Performance Monitoring: You'll monitor performance against defined KPIs, such as DSO and invoice accuracy, and report on progress to leadership.
What we're looking for:
We'd love to hear from you if you have a proven track record in ERP-enabled OTC transformations and possess the following skills and experience:
Experience: Over 10 years of experience delivering ERP-enabled OTC transformations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle and process-modeling tools.
Analytical Mindset: The ability to identify inefficiencies and gaps and develop effective, scalable solutions.
Change Leadership: Proven experience in securing stakeholder buy-in and leading change.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for crafting documentation, leading workshops, and conducting training.
Language: Fluent English is mandatory.
