With the support of the team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of processes, documentation, and technical frameworks to ensure compliance and resilience across our systems.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead the design, coordination, and execution of CRA compliance initiatives.
? Translate gap analysis findings into concrete, auditable compliance programs.
? Develop, document, and implement processes, standards, and frameworks to meet regulatory requirements.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D and engineering to ensure compliance is integrated into operations.
? Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity frameworks and standards relevant to industrial environments.
Required Experience & Skills
? Professional Experience: More than 8 years of relevant experience in engineering and compliance roles.
? Demonstrated expertise in implementing cybersecurity frameworks such as NIS2, ISO 27001, product security standards (e. g. , ETSI EN 303 645, IEC 62443-4-2), or direct experience with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
? Proven ability to provide detailed case studies or examples of previous projects in industrial environments.
? Strong knowledge in engineering or a higher technical education relevant to the position.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Education
? Degree in Engineering or equivalent higher education relevant to the role.
Languages
? English: Very good / fluent (required).
? German: Nice to have.
