Immediate Start - 12-18 Month Project
Are you a seasoned Solutions Architect who thrives on fixing complex design and data challenges? Do you have deep expertise in eCommerce system integration across major platforms?
We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic eCommerce Solutions Architect to join our client's critical remediation project in Geneva. This is a high-impact, immediate-start opportunity (November) to guide the tactical and strategic correction of a newly implemented online store.
The Challenge & Your Role
. We need a strong architect to step in, rapidly review, and redesign key components to ensure stability and accuracy while reviewing design and data integrity indicators.
You will be the principal authority for solution design and integration within the eCommerce landscape, working alongside a dedicated team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit and Redesign: Lead the review and assessment of the existing online store's data models, integration patterns, and overall solution design.
Gap Analysis & Correction: Identify critical gaps and actively design tactical solutions to correct areas that are currently failing.
Integration Blueprint: Ensure robust and scalable design across the full technology stack, particularly the seamless interaction between eCommerce, ERP, CRM, and the Integration Platform.
Real-Time Data Strategy: Drive the strategy and design for real-time data processes to eliminate existing gaps and ensure data accuracy across systems.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Master Data Management Specialists, Mulesoft Experts, and Real-Time Data Experts to execute the required fixes.
What We're Looking For
We need a candidate who is a "fixer" with proven, hands-on architectural experience in complex integration environments.
Must-Have Expertise:
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect leading complex eCommerce implementation/remediation projects.
Deep understanding of eCommerce data models and integration architecture.
Demonstrable expertise in integrating eCommerce platforms with core enterprise systems:
ERP: Strong knowledge of SAP integration points.
CRM: Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration points.
Integration: Expertise with Mulesoft as the primary integration layer.
Expertise in designing real-time data synchronization and processing solutions in an eCommerce context.
Exceptional ability to design solutions that span ERP, CRM, and integration platforms to deliver business-critical functions.
Local to Geneva/Switzerland or able to be on-site immediately for this long-term contract.
This role is to be based on site in Geneva and so candidates will already need to be based in Switzerland or from the EU.
