Our client, a leading company in industrial sector, is seeking a Proactive and Autonomous Recruiter to strengthen their Human Resources team.

About the Role:
As a Recruiter, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process?from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and delivering a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Your contribution will be key in attracting and selecting top talent to support the company's growth and success.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across different departments.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Source candidates actively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.

• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.

• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when necessary.

• Keep up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout recruitment.
