General Information
Location: Zürich
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: approx. 7 months (with an option of an extension or permanent position after the project)
Workload: 100% (onsite for the first 2-3 months / then the possibility to have 1 day/week of remote work)
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management system
- Prepare and send timely order confirmations and commercial contracts to customers
- Proactively track status of each customer orders, coordinating and pushing internal stakeholders to guarantee the confirmed delivery date to customer
- Inform customer in case of deviations to current plan
- Coordinate our export team to guarantee deliveries to customers are organized in accordance to confirmed delivery date
- You will follow up on payment status with customers to limit overdue
- Organize and supervise factory acceptances test, performed with the participation of the client
- Collaborate closely with other teams/departments to solve any additional requirements from the customer and to improve current internal processes
- Prepare/analyze current performances and provide results to management
Your Qualifications
Experience Level: This is a Junior role. No extensive prior experience is required, making it ideal for those entering the workforce. Ideally 2 or 3 years of previous experience in the role of working with customer orders into an order management system.
- Fulfilment experience in any background (industrial or not)
- Experience with SAP is highly preferable
- Solid Experience with MS Package is also highly preferable
- Experience in Power BI is a plus
- Team player yet ability to work independently
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. German is a plus.
