They should have at least 2 years of exposure to financial services in CH (banking and insurance) in the past 5 years. Total work experience in Data&AI should be at minimum 7 years. Good understanding of AI platforms is a big plus. Swiss-German mandatory.

Cloud-based Data Platforms (Azure and/or AWS) - ideally both Data Ingestion Processing Technologies: Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Apache Spark and Snowflake (the more the better) Excellent understanding of data modeling Solid understanding of DevOps framework and related tools
