We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Solutions Lead.
The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in omnichannel strategy, marketing, and digital marketing, with a strong focus on the development and production of impactful marketing materials tailored to the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt and execute the EU/Mid Markets Osteo strategy at the local level following the 70/30 principle (70% centrally driven, 30% locally adapted).
- Develop and implement local solutions that address the specific needs, insights, and drivers of the AT/CH ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Access, Sales, and other local teams.
- Co-create with external stakeholders (HCPs, KOLs, patient associations) to design impactful, patient-centric projects.
- Monitor KPIs, measure outcomes, and ensure alignment with the Immunology Patient Value Brand Plan (PVBP).
- Actively participate in Mid Markets/EU communities, sharing insights and best practices.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Master’s degree in business, digital marketing, or communications
- Minimum 3–4 years in a marketing-related role
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Solid understanding of digital communication tools (e.g., programmatic advertising)
- Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Additional assets: Content creation skills (e.g., Photoshop), experience launching new products
