QA Specialist

For our client, a pharmaceutical company committed to excellence and operating in the Greater Lausanne area, we are looking for a:

Quality Assurance Specialist - GMP Auditor
Start date: ASAP

Your tasks

• Review and approve quality documents and data to ensure they follow GMP rules.
• Manage quality processes like deviations, CAPAs, and change controls to support continuous improvement.
• Bring your quality expertise to company projects and report on your progress.
• Manage supplier and partner quality, including their qualification and performing regular GMP audits.
• Participate actively in internal audits and regulatory inspections from health authorities.

Your background

• A university degree in a scientific field (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or similar).
• Solid experience in Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry.
• You must have direct, practical experience conducting both internal and external GMP audits.
• Excellent knowledge of GMP regulations, with specific expertise in the new Annex 1 for sterile products (must).
• You are organized, independent, and a good team player who is both adaptable and responsible.
