- Experience with organizational restructuring initiatives
- Technological affinity
- German (fluent) , English (fluent)
- Jira / Confluence
- Scrum Master certification and experience in applying agile metrics and data-driven approaches improvement
- Knowledge of scaled agility (e.g. SAFe) and basic understanding of product development
- Coaching approaches and moderation skills
Tasks:
- Ensure that Scrum events such as Daily Scrum, Retro, Sprint Planning, etc. take place.
- Design and facilitation of workshops and more complex formats (e.g. PI Planning, System Demos).
- Supporting the teams within the project in the application of agile methods and practices.
- Promoting collaboration within the project team.
- Identifying and resolving problems (so-called impediments) at the team and product level.
- Helping to shape and coordinate transformation and change initiatives within the product.
- - Further developing and establishing ways of working, work models and forms of collaboration within the product.
- Supporting stakeholders in understanding and implementing agile practices and empirical data.
- Planning Scrum implementations and improving their effectiveness.
- Ensure that product goals, scope, and domain are known and understood within the Scrum team.
- Accompanying and coaching teams and individuals within the project to promote self-organization, personal responsibility and continuous improvement
- Improvement.
- Promoting psychological safety, a feedback culture, effective collaboration, and self-organization.
- Supporting the Scrum team in developing high-quality products.
- Structuring and preparing content, communication and decision-making documents (e.g. Confluence, sync formats, planning documents).
- Promoting transparency regarding goals, priorities, and progress.
- Teaching techniques for effective product backlog management.
- Raising awareness of the need for clear documentation of the product backlog using concise entries.
