For one of our Clients in the Zurich area, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and independent Senior Secretarial Support Specialist (m/f/d) to provide comprehensive administrative support to individuals, small teams, or a specific department.
This role is critical for ensuring smooth daily operations and requires a professional with a broad knowledge of operational procedures and excellent communication skills in both English and German.

Document Management: Extensive document editing, proofing, formatting, and production (paper and electronic)
Administrative Support: Data entry, as well as paper and electronic document filing and archiving
Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently manage scheduling and coordination of meetings, complex diaries, and travel arrangements
Communication: Act as a professional point of contact, receiving and relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources
Process Oversight: May supervise specific secretarial/office support processes or small teams within General Secretarial/Office Support, Legal Function Secretarial/Administrative Support, or Executive Secretarial Support areas
Team Support & Training: Provide assistance and training to junior staff members
Skills and Qualifications:
Broad knowledge of operational procedures and administrative tools, typically obtained through extensive work experience or vocational/technical education is required
Language Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in both English and German (spoken and written)
Independence: Proven ability to work independently under own initiative with limited supervision for routine situations
Problem-Solving: Capable of analyzing and resolving non-routine problems effectively
Character: A candidate with a strong, positive character - demonstrating drive, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive initiative-taking attitude - will be considered, even if they possess less formal experience
