Sourcing Manager (m/w/d)

For our client in Rotkreuz, a major player in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sourcing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and building strong partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders.


Your Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement requests in line with category strategies, company policies, and supplier agreements
  
• Collaborate with procurement colleagues and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions
  
• Apply sourcing tools and methodologies to identify opportunities for cost savings and added value
  
• Support contract management, including reviewing and preparing agreements, statements of work, and amendments
  
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes and ensuring efficient supplier performance
  
• Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders regarding procurement activities and status updates
