The candidate will support our Switzerland Operations with the execution and archiving of contracts and corporate documents in line with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, amendments, and related documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Track contract obligations, deliverables, deadlines, renewals, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate and secure contract databases, files, and records for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Serve as the point of contact between legal, finance, procurement, and other departments regarding contract matters.
- Assist with drafting and editing correspondences, templates, and agreements.
- Support periodic contract status reports, highlighting risks, changes, and upcoming actions required.
- Liaise with external partners to clarify terms, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate smooth contract administration.
- Advising and providing training to internal stakeholders on matters related to correct contracts execution (e-signature and wet signature) and archiving
- Support administration of granting signatory rights for various Zug-based legal entities end-to-end, including managing Trade Register entries and removals
- Support administration of quarterly board meetings
