About the job:
The Utilities team at the Kaiseraugst site is responsible for building maintenance, the supply of media and ultrapure media in the production buildings as well as ultrapure media monitoring. Support is sought for the areas of ultrapure media monitoring and trending.
Your Profile:
Experience in the utilities sector: ultrapure media monitoring, ultrapure media generation and distribution (WBI, WFI, pure steam, process air). Experience with cleanrooms and the associated HVAC systems.
Helpfulness, team spirit, good interpersonal skills, and a confident demeanor are a given.
Fluent in German and English is required.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the availability and GxP compliance of the media supply systems (WBI, WFI, pure steam, N2, HVAC, process air, compressed air, etc.)
- Planning, coordination and implementation of a timely data analysis of the ultrapure media monitoring results
- Creation of the associated trending reports
- Initiation of actions in case of anomalies
- Trend analysis of GMP alarm messages
- Creation and processing of Deviation Records, Changes, CAPAs as Owner in Veeva
- Definition of sampling points (including rationales and risk analyses)
- Definition of sampling frequencies (including rationales and risk analyses)
- Coordination for special samplings for qualification or deviations
- Measures and quality checks after work on the ultrapure media systems
- Use of electronic systems for planning, documenting tests,
- evaluating trends and storing data (PI, SAP, MIS, ELVIS, SingleLIMS, BO, PK system and BALI, depending on the company)
- Regular review and adjustment of warning limits
- Presentation of the area of ? responsibility during inspections
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field and several years of professional experience
- Initial experience in the area of ? media supply, clean room and zone concepts, ultra-pure media monitoring
- Initial experience in the GMP & pharmaceutical sector
- Generally very good IT knowledge (e.g. Microsoft, Google)
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English
- Positive thinker, with integrity and self-reflective personality with strong team skills
- Open to new ideas and question conventional patterns of thinking
Nice to haves:
- Experience in the GMP area with in-depth understanding of quality systems as well as good knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in inspectionsKn
- Knowledge of SAP and Veeva
