You will play a pivotal role in reshaping our client's Training Academy, moving it from siloed operations to a unified, high-performing global entity. Your mission: to design the blueprint for a seamless learner journey and a standardized operational model.
The Mission
As the lead architect for this transformation, you will provide specialized operational analysis to the Academy Director. Your goal is to map existing workflows, identify structural gaps, and design a unified framework that enables logical program flow and consolidated reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities
Gap Analysis & Mapping: Conduct deep-dive interviews and review program lifecycles—from initial design to final evaluation—across academic and eLearning streams.
Structural Alignment: Identify redundancies and missed progression opportunities between different training programs.
Framework Design: Build a unified Academy-wide structure featuring standardized taxonomies, activity templates, and inter-program linkages.
Operating Model Development: Define clear governance structures, roles, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that empower staff to work independently.
Governance & Reporting: Create a consolidated reporting architecture that captures both unit-specific and Academy-wide metrics.
Key Deliverables
Gap & Alignment Review: A comprehensive matrix showing how unit activities inter-relate and identifying root causes of misalignment.
The Unified Structure: Standardized lifecycles, activity outlines, and a cross-unit coordination framework.
Governance SOPs: Actionable tools and decision-making frameworks for long-term sustainability.
Stakeholder Handover: Facilitating validation workshops and ensuring a smooth transition of knowledge to the Academy team.
Who You Are
The Strategist: You have a proven track record in program management, instructional design, or organizational alignment.
The Analyst: You can take complex, siloed data and transform it into a coherent, standardized taxonomy.
The Facilitator: You are adept at conducting stakeholder interviews and leading validation workshops with senior leadership.
The Professional: Experience with international institutions or UN program structures is highly desirable.
Language: Fluency in English is required; French or other languages are an asset given the international context.
