For our client based in Corsier-sur-Vevey, we are currently looking for a Warehouse Specialist for an 8-month assignment.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical part of pharmaceutical operations while driving continuous improvement across the warehouse.
Your role:
- Goods Reception: Verify accuracy of incoming shipments, conduct inspections, and document discrepancies or damage.
- Sampling: Perform material sampling to meet quality standards and maintain traceable records.
- Storage Management: Organize raw material storage, optimize space, and enhance inventory control systems.
- Order Picking: Accurately pick and transfer materials to Labs and Production areas, ensuring order completeness.
- Shipping & Logistics: Prepare and pack shipments in compliance with regulations, coordinating with carriers for timely delivery.
- Waste Management: Oversee waste disposal and recycling, focusing on reducing waste and improving sustainability practices.
Safety, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement:
- Adhere to all safety protocols, maintaining a culture of safety across the warehouse and promoting improvements in safety practices where applicable.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with GMP standards while identifying opportunities for improvement in the workspace’s safety and efficiency.
- Manage all documentation in Cara and ensure accurate record-keeping, implementing process improvements for better documentation flow and compliance tracking.
