We are looking for a "nearly there" professional who has the technical foundations but lacks the "startup seat" to prove their impact.

• The Credentials: You have completed a commercial education with further training in accounting, taxation, or fiduciary services (Fachfrau/Fachmann im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen or Treuhand).

• The Languages: You are fully fluent in both oral and written German and English. This is essential for handling local Swiss regulations and global business partners.

• Technical Edge: You are comfortable with Swiss accounting standards (OR) and have a proven background in month-end and year-end closings.

• The Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in a cross-cultural environment and isn't afraid to take on administrative tasks to help the team win.

• Impact: In a startup of this size, your work is visible. Your configuration of the systems and processes today will define the company's operations for years to come.

• Flexibility: This is a remote-first role, allowing you to manage your own workflow while staying connected to the company's Swiss-based hub.

• Growth: You will work directly with managers across Supply Chain, Product, and Finance, gaining a 360-degree view of how a global trading business actually works.
