Key Responsibilities
1. Testing & Release Management
System Testing: Contribute and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and system enhancement validation across all x-one releases, patches, and feature rollouts to guarantee application stability and operational readiness.
Release & Patch Quality Control: Serve as the primary gatekeeper for release deployments, coordinating testing cycles with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless go-lives with minimal business disruption.
Defect Management & Validation: Track, prioritize, and re-test defect resolution during deployment cycles, ensuring all business-critical workflows function reliably post-release.
2. Functional Configuration & Process Optimization
Configuration Governance: Maintain and optimize the functional configuration of x-one to ensure continuous alignment with evolving business requirements and IT standards.
M-one to talent/client platform flows: Focus heavily on the m-one side, driving functional alignment for Document Generation (Doc Gen) and seamless integration with c-one and w/a-one capabilities.
Process Mapping & Problem Solving: Deeply understand end-to-end business processes and map them to the x-one platform to identify automation, simplification, and optimization opportunities. Diagnose process bottlenecks and configuration issues, collaborating with global teams to implement durable solutions.
3. Adoption & Training
Change Framework Execution: Support the execution of change management frameworks to drive high user adoption and minimize operational disruption.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Contribute to user documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quick-reference guides for x-one.
Training Delivery: Deliver engaging live and asynchronous training sessions to cross-functional teams, power users, and key stakeholders.
Change Champion Network: Establish a network of change champions across departments to collect feedback, address friction points, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
