About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced UX / Product Designer to help shape complex products and experiences used at significant scale.
This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives on ambiguity, complex problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other Designers to define problems, explore opportunities, develop thoughtful solutions, and bring them from concept through launch and iteration.
You won’t simply be handed requirements and asked to create screens. You’ll help define what should be built and why, influence product direction, and establish experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and meaningful for users.
What You’ll Do
Solve complex UX problems by identifying user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and opportunities, particularly in areas where there may be limited precedent.
Own the design process end-to-end, from problem discovery and research through ideation, interaction design, prototyping, testing, implementation, and iteration.
Shape product and UX strategy by translating user insights, product goals, and business requirements into clear design directions.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Designers to define problems, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver high-quality experiences.
Influence without authority, communicate design rationale clearly, resolve disagreements, and build alignment among diverse stakeholders.
Develop scalable UX frameworks, patterns, and design systems that create consistent experiences across products and platforms.
Use research, usability testing, data, and stakeholder feedback to validate ideas and continuously improve the user experience.
Connect design decisions to product outcomes and measurable impact, using relevant metrics and KPIs to evaluate success.
Communicate complex ideas through storytelling, presentations, prototypes, and compelling design narratives.
Identify opportunities to improve existing experiences and proactively propose solutions to emerging user and business challenges.
Help establish and evolve the design vision, principles, and standards for products and experiences.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with teams across the organization.
Contribute to a culture of high-quality design, thoughtful problem solving, experimentation, and continuous learning.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
A strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design work from problem definition through shipped experience.
Experience solving ambiguous, multi-dimensional problems where the solution was not immediately obvious.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and usability principles.
Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and other cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence product decisions and build stakeholder alignment.
Strong understanding of design systems, reusable patterns, and scalable product experiences.
Ability to connect user needs with business goals, technical constraints, and product strategy.
Experience using research and testing to inform and iterate on design decisions.
Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
Excellent visual and interaction design judgment with strong attention to detail.
Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing large-scale consumer, enterprise, platform, or technology products.
Experience working on 0?1 products or emerging technologies.
Experience contributing to or leading design systems and platform-level experiences.
Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate product impact.
Experience working across multiple products, platforms, or markets.
Experience with AI/ML, developer tools, cloud, enterprise software, or other technically complex products.
Experience mentoring other designers or helping establish design direction across a team.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Tools & Methods
You may work with tools such as:

We care more about how you think and the quality of your work than the specific tools you use.
What Success Looks Like

You will:
Turn ambiguous problems into clear product opportunities.
Create experiences that are useful, intuitive, and scalable.
Influence product and engineering decisions through strong design thinking and evidence.
Build alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Establish reusable design patterns and systems.
Deliver measurable improvements to user and business outcomes.
